- Deploy C&B and PMS Policies, Processes and Tools, as appropriate
- Manage systematic job analysis and evaluation for all job roles.
- Support design of pay structures for all job roles and their periodic benchmarking
- Drive implementation of frameworks for Compensation reviews and PMS Management across the organization.
- Support development of rewards, recognition, incentive programs for productivity enhancements and employee retention
- Manage delivery of cost-effective employee-friendly benefits programs
- Ensure compliance to C&B governance framework (controls and audits)

- Implement the Expatriate Management policy and process.
- Ensure smooth operations of HRMS.
