Role Overview: - The primary focus of this role is to support and cascade the compensation strategy for the respective business span in India. Roles and Responsibilities - Responsible for ensuring the C&amp;B philosophy is percolated appropriately. - Review the C&amp;B policies and align them with the Group /market. Ensure statutory and legal compliance. - Support C&amp;B Head to drive annual C&amp;B processes - salary review, LTIP, bench-marking, salary range creation, job mapping, etc. - Work with Plant HR and C&amp;B Head on related wage-settlements, benefits re-negotiations, etc. - Provide reporting data and analytics C&amp;B Head, for monthly/annual reporting. - Ensure update of HRIS and related systems pertaining to compensation data.
