About Our Client
Our client is a leading global professional services firm in consulting and risk management. With 15000+ associates they offer solutions in the areas of compensation and benefits, talent management, and risk and capital management. Currently expanding in India, they are looking to hire a senior specialist - compensation and benefits in Mumbai.
Job Description
The role and responsibilities include the following:
- Lead a team of associates and be involved in the coaching/mentoring and facilitate the development of young talent
- Be a part of the business development and interact with new clients to generate revenue and lead projects in the area of compensation and benefits. Assess the marketplace for client opportunities, then nurture qualified leads into profitable new business wins
- Personally lead marketing and sales efforts for the Rewards practice in alignment with regional and company practices and initiatives
- Meet all the necessary performance standards for financial management, financial reporting, revenue generation and client relationship management
- Think strategically in partnering with clients to form unique approaches to solving their business problems and personally provide high quality consulting advice and deliverables to senior leaders in client companies in the areas listed above
- Develop and manage selected key accounts in a way that results in long term client relationships with multiple lines of service across practice
- Make a contribution to SEA initiatives which support regional business results
Work closely with Segment, Practice Leaders and other senior consultants to create, then implement business plans that achieve profit and revenue goals
The Successful Applicant
You must come with minimum 5+ years of successful experience in a client facing role (ideally in a consulting role). The candidate should be skilled at establishing credibility with management teams or boards and in discussing complex client business issues and potential solutions. Expertise in several Rewards consulting areas which could include: Rewards, Executive Compensation and Data Services. Fluency in English and strong presentation skills are required for the role.
