Specialist - Compensation & Benefits

Job Description :

1. Responsible for India Region in the Compensation and Benefits CoE and ensure alignment with the enterprise direction.

2. Building the strong collaboration between CoE and India HR practice, ensuring the right reward strategy for employees.

3. Manage the end to end of Rewards policies, practices and processes

4. Participate in market benchmarking studies and provide support in designing, aligning and maintaining pay structure, pay ranges and benefit plan in alignment with the market practices.

5. Lead effective execution of Rewards programs to drive a pay for performance.

6. Manage Manufacturing compensation and benefits in alignment with statutory requirements. Provide Compensation support for Skill Block Program.

7. Good understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.

9. Experience to Hay method of Job Evaluation is Compulsory.

10. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

11. Ability to understand the enterprise perspective and make short-and-long term decisions based on this direction

12. Ability to consult & collaborate and possess a solution-based approach
