Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - Fortune 200 IT MNC
Major Responsibility/ Job Responsibility:
- Drive the C&B strategies as per budget and org requirements.
- Undertake Salary and Compensation analysis for ensuring alignment to the company philosophy
- Enable effective automation / system setup & design
- Understanding of statutory requirements & able to make recommendations in areas of Salary and Benefits
- Basic understanding of compensation benchmarking surveys
- Responsible for effective implementation and improvement of C&B framework for employees and associates across all Locations.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase overall effectiveness.
- Preparing salary annexures for different restructuring reasons like deputation, offshore, car lease etc.
- Handling BUHR and employees queries w.r.t compensation.
- Coordination with HR Ops team for different HR processes like bonus processing, bonus letter preparation etc.
- Effective and timely handling of increment review cycles.
- Analyze the compensation data against compensation policies and report any gaps i.e. continuous validation of data.
- Should be able to perform Job analysis and evaluation exercise
