CA -Capex/Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist- Service Industry
We are looking for a CA Capex Accounting Specialist for a Service Industry.
Job Role:
- Defining SOPs and manuals for the end to end process of Fixed Assets recording, reporting and compliance
- Review and ensure adherence of invoice accounting pertaining fixed assets to all statutory compliances
- Reconcile sub ledgers in the ERP (fixed assets to GL) as per defined timelines
- Account for monthly depreciation as per the defined SOPs and manuals
- Verify the fixed assets and reconcile with books of accounts
- Provide support in automation of fixed asset movement tracking and accounting
- Prepare monthly schedules and ageing reports and share with relevant stake holders
- Review the ledger accounts on periodic basis and report identified risks
- Prepare asset register as per defined timelines
- Provide support for the completion of all internal and statutory audits
- Complete asset capitalization as per defined timelines and in accordance with the accounting standards, Ind AS, Companies Act and defined SOPs
- Fixed asset accounting and controls compliance
- Financial reporting
- SLAs and SOPs adherence
- Usage of Oracle Fusion is must
- Accounting, General Ledger Management
