Job Description :
As a RCA Specialist you will be expected to have an exceptional understanding of the processes and policies of the company and identify final root cause of problems given to you.
Primary Responsibilities will include
Understanding all processes and policies for a specific vertical.
Complete responsibility for identifying root cause of problems identified within the vertical
Partnering with business units to obtain information to ensure information received is accurate and useful
Documenting information flow maps; and identify and perform root cause analysis of current process and information management inefficiencies
Support CAPA Specialists with information on root causes identified and any additional information on projects undertaken by the CAPA Specialist
Data Analysis understanding and pulling data from various sources within company as required to support CAPA Specialist .

Strong analytical mindset and logical reasoning capabilities
Problem solving skills ability to visualize complex problems and generate multiple solutions and options for any given problem
Manage multiple projects and accomplish desired results in a timely manner
Ability to handle high pressure and tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to effectively drive results
Proficient in working knowledge of MS Word, Excel (Advanced preferably good with Macros), and PowerPoint
Excellent oral, and written communication skills 3-5 years of work experience in consulting companies/strategy divisions of large conglomerates
MBA from a recognized institute
