Adreso is currently seeking an adept Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to join one of the Big 4 companies located in Mumbai. If you have 5 years' plus of relevant experience and have worked on projects related to government consulting and business reforms, we want to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For:

- Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.

- Proven experience in Business Reforms, Process Reengineering, Policy formulation, and Government scheme promotions.

- Expertise in data analytics for impactful decision-making.

- Strong report-writing skills.

- Government client-facing experience.

- Proficiency in English, Marathi, Hindi, and MS Office.

- Background in Policy, Export promotion, and prior project facilitation with State/Central Governments.

- Demonstrated project management skills for timely delivery and effective resource utilization.

- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering collaboration and building positive relationships.

- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities for addressing complex challenges in business processes and reforms.
