Specialist - Business Process Management & Improvement - CA

Our Client, a large diversified business group based in Dubai (UAE) is looking out for Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience in Top Global Management Consulting Firms having extensively worked in the areas of business process management and improvement for diversified business and entities. The position would report to the Director.

- The individual should be Six Sigma Certified, be able to map process flows of Line Functions in respective Business Units using techniques / methodologies like LEAN, BPR, etc.

- The person will work closely with the Business leadership Teams across the group to enhance effectiveness of the organization by linking business strategy to business process. Lead large, complex and ambiguous business process improvement projects identified across the enterprise including root cause analyses, problem articulation, implementation and monitoring and the provision of sustainable solutions.

- The incumbent should be able to audit, analyze processes for continuous improvement with a key focus on the group's Financial & Operational business processes, meeting the approved budget estimates on cost of recording systems after re-engineering, support the deployment of process excellence across the all business units.

- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with a dynamic personality and high level of people management skills to effectively work with the Business Leadership and other cross functional teams.
