Specialist - Business Excellence - BFS

1. Be the "eyes and ears" of the organization

2. Be the transformation agent for key cross functional projects (debottleneck, facilitate and provide governance, as required)

3. Experience benchmark (Customer Journey & Experience)- Both self driven or through agencies

4. Provide a balance between outside-in and inside-out insight on major growth levers/ new themes.

- Bring in new ideas

- Identify gaps/opportunities in current ways of doing business (retail assets and retail liabilities) which can help drive increase in revenue or help optimize cost of execution/ operation

- Have a strong understanding of the Fintech world and identify areas of collaboration to drive business excellence/ digital transformation

- Work closely with business heads to drive business excellence projects from ideation - assessment - impact analysis - recommendation- benefit quantification.

- Drive stakeholder concurrence/ approval, as necessary, for initiating/driving new projects

- Act as PMO for the implementation of the change with squads drawn from projects, operations, digital, IT teams
