Job Description:

About Company: Our client is a prominent industrial parts supply company, providing bearings, filters, and other essential products to various industries.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Business Development: Actively identify and target potential dealers and end users within the steel, cement, paper, and crusher industries. Understand the specific needs of industries and customize product pitches accordingly. Forge new partnerships and solidify relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent revenue streams.

- Dealer Management: Regularly visit dealers, ensuring that they have adequate stock and are well-informed about our products. Train dealers on product features, benefits, and sales techniques. Address dealer concerns, provide support, and ensure optimal sales performance.

- Sales Execution: Conduct regular visits to end users, understand their requirements, and make product presentations. Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact through to product delivery and after-sales service. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market intelligence. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Present progress to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and gather market insights.

- Administrative Duties: Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Ensure all sales activities are logged and tracked in the company & CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver & license and be willing to travel frequently.
