Specialist/Analyst - Inbound Custom - Fashion/Retail

Hiring for a role in Inbound Custom as a Specialist/ Analyst with one of the Leading company in Fashion and Retail space.

Location : Bangalore

Key responsibilities:

- Create/ review End to End Custom compliance processes that aligns to Organizational Requirements- locally/ globally and meets the requirements for all stakeholders.

- Plan, Develop and review product related information.

- Engage with x- functional teams in India and Global to drive predictable execute to the imports process with specific focus on product classification.

- Representation to Custom in Bangalore/ Chennai on Open issues that drive high level of compliance.

Job Requirement :

- Subject Matter expert on customs especially Apparel Classification/ CTH/ Imports/ Exports.

- Good knowledge of FTA, FTWZ/bonded WHs, working knowledge on other compliances / regulations not limiting to customs but excise also.

- Travel (as per need) to Chennai/ Bangalore to handle custom related issues.

Qualification:

- Commerce graduate/ BE textile, Additional qualification in Import/ Export/ International Trade, certification on CTH classification

- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
