We are hiring for Shared Service Consulting + Transformation Vertical

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi-NCR

Role: Shared Service Consulting + Operations Transformation

Positions: Specialist, Associate Manager, Manager, Senior Manager

LEVEL 6 / Sr. Manager (12-15 Years of Work Experience)

Consulting background with experience of leading atleast one SSC project OR Soln Arch/Mob BPO in the Shared Services background with a T1 B school background

LEVEL 7 - Manager (8-12 of Work Experience)

Consulting background with experience of being in the project team of atleast one SSC project AND should have project lead experience OR Soln Arch/Mob BPO in the Shared Services background with a T1 B school background

LEVEL 8 - Associate Manager (2 - 6 of Work Experience)

Consulting background with experience of being in the project team of atleast one SSC project OR SA/Mob BPO background with a T1 B school background

Level 9 - Specialist (2 - 6 of Work Experience)

Consulting background with experience of being in the project team of atleast one SSC project OR SA/Mob BPO background with a T1 B school background

Transformation: Consulting background with deep domain expertise in one functional area (F&A, HR, SCM etc) OR BPO/SS SA, Delivery, Mob, OADM background with deep domain expertise in one functional area (F&A, HR, SCM etc)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support development of proposals, RFIs, and client presentations for shared services

- Manage business diagnostics and planning activities, including scoping for shared services

- Manage documentation of As-Is Process in shared service scope areas, As-Is assessment and gap analysis

- Manage designing of To-Be processes and roles leveraging leading practices for multi-function shared services

- Manage designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level requirements and process KPIs

- Play the role of engagement manage in various Operations Transformation Services engagements

- Nature of engagements would consist of SSC Feasibility Studies, SSC Design, SSC Transition, etc.

- Remain current on developments in the economy - specifically in areas of finance

- Possess good understanding of business processes in a corporate environment

- Regular interaction with senior client personnel for delivering engagements

- Work in a dynamic business environment and willing to adapt to different industries on a continuous basis

- Drive stringent quality of engagement delivery through thorough and meticulous planning and execution of the tasks assigned

- Manage team of consultants to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion

- Plan out work for oneself and reporting team members where relevant

- Monitor engagement progress against the engagement plan

- Prepare the required deliverables in the format agreed with Client and Accenture Leadership

- Support in managing Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering

- Manage the shared services operating model design and implementation including governance and service management

- Lead business case analysis for a shared services programs

- Prepare the client for deployment

- Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs

- Develop new methodologies and assets to support Transformation projects

- 40-80% global travel is required

Experience:

- Work experience preferably candidates from BPO, Consulting firms or Companies involved in setting up of Captive Shared Services

- Led at least 1 project in one or more phases (Assessment, Planning, Design, Development, Operational Support) of Implementation of Finance and Accounting Shared Service Centers or BPO in one of the core finance processes

- Functional experience in SSC across all or any of the phases i.e. Feasibility Studies, Build, Transition,

- Experience working with a Management Consulting firm is preferred.

- Experience with either one or more of the following ERP financials applications from a Business Analysis & Functional Design perspective is preferred: PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
