Accounts and Finance, MIS Specialist - CA with 1 to 3 Yr. Exp.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) for accounts and finance departments.

- Design and generate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

- Streamline data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency across financial systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide customized financial insights.

- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Lead the accounts finalization process, ensuring timely and accurate closure of financial statements.

- Manage reconciliation of financial records, including bank statements, ledgers, and intercompany transactions.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and improve financial reporting processes.

- Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on MIS tools and systems
