Spartek & Neycer are brand leaders in building material industry. The group just completed restructuring by investing about Rs.90 crores so far and is now building a new team to grow on an ambitious scale by expanding the distribution network on all India basis, adding new products, be active in retail, projects and Architectural segment etc. The group has turned profitable and is now on a major growth path with investments in projects of a further Rs.100 crores on the anvil. Group is targeting to achieve a turnover of around Rs.450 Crores in 3 years.

Group is looking for a hands-on & aggressive professional with the following experience:

- Sales channel expansion, management, projects and institutional Sales.

- Take responsibility to develop profit oriented sales, revive the existing distribution and also develop a completely new

- Distribution channel for the group on all India basis.

- Expand & Manage the Sales Team Across India

- Orient Sales Strategy & Marketing activities to enhance brand visibility cost effectively

- Work in Tandem with all departments in the organization to achieve desired output

Candidates having 10 - 15 years sales experience in building materials industry/consumer durables/FMCG with good track record of sales trade/project management, and capability to build up a team from scratch will be preferred. Experience in Handling Sales of tiles & Bathroom products like sanitaryware, Furniture & Fittings will be an added advantage.
