Spartek Group - Senior Finance Role - Retired CFOs/Finance Head

Retired CFOs/Head of Finance/Senior level or independent professionals - to be part of the Management Board wanted (full time/part time) at Non Board level for a leading industrial group at Chennai.

Spartek group with 3 leading brands in diversified sectors of building / construction products, is involved in promoting multiple start ups in Construction related products and areas like precast construction, concrete, PMCs, construction services etc with new technologies and all products are in different stages of scaling up to large size. The group has introduced a number of innovative products recently which are very successful. The Group's R&D center will be adding more innovative products to Indian market.

To help it achieve this target, the group needs senior finance professionals with outstanding career records to represent shareholder interests, help in building a professional management team , to lead the scaling up of businesses of multiple products/businesses and spearhead value creation.

Job Description:

Candidates should have held senior finance and general management at senior management levels at head of finance/CFO/CEO levels and must have had exposure to dealing with Investors/Investment banks/funds and should have handed or actively involved in all aspects related to banking, commercial agreements, compliances etc, preferably with multinationals or reputed Indian Corporates.

Should have been at or dealt with Board/CEO/CXO levels. Apart from outstanding professional skills, good social networking is desirable.

The position will be based at Chennai.

Compensation will be attractive and commensurate with the time and role played in building the group.
