Spartek Group - Business Head - Sales & Marketing

We are an Investment/Holding company which promotes new projects from conception stage and build the businesses. We have 6 new projects lined up at different stages of implementation and a few of them are in advanced stages with foreign collaboration and expected to commence production in a few months with state of the art technology & equipments from Europe in fields related to tableware like dinner sets, Mugs and others, ceramic Tiles and other related - building - interior or construction products.

- Each product has the potential revenues of over Rs 100 crores per year on proper sales & marketing approach. The group intends to right away start setting up the sales networks based on imported products from foreign partners and gradually added with local production in a few months. We are planning to cater to both Domestic and overseas market.

- Company is willing to give profit center responsibility to young managers with general management and entrepreneurial traits. The position demands high leadership qualities, matured decision-making, expanding sales of group brands and also the European partner's brands to all potential markets in India in a competitive environment.

Candidate :

- We are essentially looking for a hands on, down to earth business manager with expertise in Sales/marketing with capability or experience in handling operations management including manufacturing/outsourcing and P&L management, to lead & build a young team for the company, also suiting the below criteria.

- Candidates should preferably be an Engineer / MBA, with around 6 years - of - experience from well managed companies and capable of building the business right from launching products to grow to brand leaders in each sector.

- Experience in early stage startup companies, Launching new products, setting up sales channels will be an added advantage. Additional experience in FMCG, FMCD, Kitchenware/tableware, construction products, Retail, e Commerce sectors would be a plus

- Strong communication skills, Technology based approach, keeping up with current market trends are required.

Minimum Criteria:

- Candidate should be an engineering candidate. Should be a MBA/PGDM Holder

- Should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Management.
