Spark Capital - Product Specialist - Private Credit

The role will focus on the following:

- Prepare Sniff Test - Preliminary Credit memo focusing on business model, Financial Snapshot, Credit Strength and Weakness to determine viability of the Proposal.

- Assisting the Team in Preparing Detailed Credit Memo including Industry analysis, holding structure diligence, Quality of Management & Investors, Financial statement analysis, Projection Model, Collateral Analysis

- Monitoring - Preparing quarterly monitoring reports focusing on financial statements and noteworthy corporate events

- Trade Lifecycle Management - Maintaining regular touch point with investee companies to ensure timely pay-out to investors as per the terms of transaction.
