Spark Capital - Assistant Manager - Finance

We are looking for an Asst. Manager - Finance (2-3 years post qualification experience, if CA or 4-5 years experienced if semi-qualified or having relevant experience)

- Responsible for entire accounts payable process (end to end) within Finance & Accounts function (including TDS, stat payments, etc.)

- Link between Finance & Accounts and business teams

- Hands on experience in analysis of expenses, (added advantage)

- Responsible for statutory compliances viz. TDS, PF, ESI, PT etc.

Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferable) with relevant experience

- Should have relevant experience of managing a team

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong in accounting concepts

- Should be able to take initiatives in automation & bringing efficiency to the system

- Self-motivated

- Should be able to influence to implement processes and procedures for better reporting

- Working knowledge on Income-tax Act to the extent relevant to the job profile

- Quick learner

- Should be able to adapt to the circumstances
