A brief JD:
Understand customer needs and requirements
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
perform effective online demos to prospects
New Business acquisition, responsible for the complete Sales Life cycle.
Lead Generation for Spain markets & handling & managing the business development team.
Exposure to International markets, especially in European and Spain market.
The individual must develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including assist in proposal, due diligence and closure.
Responsibilities include:
Lead an inside sales team to meet & exceeds sales goals.
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver results.
Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified prospects.
Lead and schedule team meetings with sales team and leadership.
Coach and develop direct reports.
Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
Collaborate with sales leadership to improve prospecting process.
Practice company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
Train and ensure adherence to sales process.
