Role: Senior Manager Credit

Reports to: AVP

Location- Hyderabad

Experience- 5-8 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

1. Support the business head in designing the home and SME loans

2. Provide inputs for making the annual business plans.

3. To develop analytical tools for identifying customers for growing relationships and improving customer stickiness.

4. Ensure fulfillment of smooth end-to-end process for every case .

5. Review lending terms and conditions with clients and ensure the communication of the same

6. Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level.

7. Collate all necessary documentation to complete the lending process and transfer the file to the risk management team.

8. Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a periodic basis, identifying and resolving any issues raised.

9. Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of new solutions.

10. Ensure compliance with norms regarding documentation, KYC and other relevant information about the client and application of necessary mitigants where applicable.

11. Monitoring and taking action against overdue accounts.
