Role: AVP IT Infra  Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech  Team: 15-20 Reportees  This role involves interacting with client directly and also working with multiple stake holders in a 24 x 7 support service.  Providing technical consultation to client in architecting of solutions for major implementation/changes.   Proposing and designing solutions to meet the Organisations requirements and address complex business / technical process requirements.  Evaluates new Information systems products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to better aide the end user.  One point contact for all technical domains (Dot Net, SQL servers, Windows servers, Exchange, Antivirus, Network & Security) and Application domain.  First point of contact for all escalated unresolved issues. Ensuring maximum issues/escalations for technical domain is resolved in minimum time. Ensuring RCA for all issues & driving actions to closures.  Supporting client infrastructure spanning across India   Planning & implementing projects and new initiatives.  Ensuring all teams follow Change, Patch, Incident & Problem management process. SPOC for incident/problem management involving multiple domains.   Identify the improvement areas in Technology domain and show continual improvement in services month on month. Highlighting and closure of new risks identified.  Encouraging team to maximize the automations, ensuring spot awards to keep team motivated.  Involvement in internal/external audits done as per the service deliverable responsibility. Closure of customers internal & external audits.  Preparing monthly executive summary report covering highlights, lowlights, activities done, utilization trends, capacity planning, new risks identified & having calendarised reviews with customer on this.  Salary range: 10 - 16 LPA
