About the role:
- As Manager-Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to source the right talent across India.
What we expect:
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes.
What we require:
Experience:
- Bachelors' Degree in related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools.

- Experience in web-based applicant tracking tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational and negotiation skills.
