In brief: - As our new Business Analyst (Gurgaon), you will work closely with the business leaders and Finance team to drive key financial metrics and enable business decisions for India. What you'll do: - You will be working with business partners, technical teams, project managers and other teams to deliver projects and drive expansion, free cash flow, and improved customer experience. - You will be locating and obtaining data, assessing validity and accuracy, and analysing figures to provide concise, accurate and timely inputs to the Management for decision making. - You will be identifying key business partners, building relationships and understanding business challenges and opportunities. - You will be responsible for preparing monthly, regional and project based reports, thereby aiding the management in taking strategic decisions. - You will responsible for driving a strategy that results in the most profitable opportunities for the Company, leveraging customer and product mix and pricing decisions. - You will be involved in country wide projects and initiatives. - You will be undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as and when required. What we expect: This position requires process orientation, strong analytical skills and quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and business acumen. - You hold an MBA degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualifications. - You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in developing, analyzing and interpreting financial reports&nbsp; - You are a professional who is creative, strategic, analytical and have a sharp business acumen. - You have relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering - You have experience in utilizing various Business Intelligence tools to gain acumen on the business decisions being delivered - You have hands on experience in using Excel, PowerPoint and other report making and presentation tools - You have the ability to multi-task under a fast pace environment and work independently.
