Required Skill sets: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Highly analytical, data-driven & detail oriented. - Core marketing concepts and strong understanding on consumer needs and behaviour. - Should be data driven and detail oriented - Demonstrated business, communication, and teamwork abilities - Basic technology orientation. Should be able to give a brief to the tech team on marketing solutions to be developed - Proven, numbers-driven track record of owning business metrics and delivering against KPIs - Strong expertise in SEM/SEO, email-marketing, list building etc. Key deliverable: - Develop online marketing strategies and manage existing marketing campaigns to drive sales and conversions in these areas: - Emails: Lead generation, retention and email campaigns - Advertising: Banner ads, landing pages and HTML emails for third party ad networks - Blog: Facilitate weekly updates - Google Analytics/Web Master tools, SeoMoz etc. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns including ad copy creation, bid management, targeting and performance monitoring - Optimize and test all advertising creative, landing pages, conversion funnels etc. - Develop reports on marketing campaign performance.
