Roles & Responsibilities
- Should have managed the South Zone in his current role
- Should be familiar with regional language and connected with the FMCG distributors
The role can be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Large team handling required
- Strong hold in GT sales and should have handled a P&L
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and handling 2000 crore business
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance of team
- Managing and motivating the sales team:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships both in GT and Alternate Channels
- Should have FMCG Experience
