Job Title: South Sales head - Educational Institutions and SME

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:


- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers within the education sector (colleges, schools) and small to medium businesses for the NewJaisa refurbished electronics.

Business Growth Strategy:


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to penetrate the target market and achieve sales goals.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:\


- Proactively identify and approach key decision-makers in educational institutions and businesses to present our NewJaisa refurbished electronics.\


- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Pipeline Management:


- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities that resonate with the target audience and drive sales.

Product Knowledge and Training:


- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.


- Provide necessary product training to clients and internal teams as required.

Reporting and Analysis:


- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis of sales performance.

- Utilize data-driven insightsto optimize strategies and improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of the education sector and small to medium business operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite
