Job Description - Region Head for South India for the Strategic Advisory & Valuations Vertical specialising in Government Advisory, the role is based out of Chennai.

One of the leading property consultant companies in the Country, providing services across the Residential, Retail, Investment Banking, Hospitality, Warehousing, Industrial & Logistics sector and Strategic Advisory & Valuations.

Description

Business Development

- Management of key government accounts from End to End/ tender business in a specific geography

- Build relationships with key stakeholders (influencers, opinion leaders, decision makers)

- Work across functions to develop a Public market strategy and concise engagement plans to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders

- Knowledge of the market and competitor knowledge in order to convert opportunities into revenue generating engagements.

Profile

- Work Experience of 12-15 years with substantial experience in the Government Sector (directly or in capacity of a consultant to Government entities)

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 Business School is highly preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong Leadership Skills

- Good at networking and stakeholder management

- In-depth understanding of the City and Region level government structure

- Strong project and process management

- High level of integrity
