About our Client - Our client is a leading name within the FMCG sector having a presence across 100 + countries. With a business size of USD 2.3 billion across South Asia they are looking for an experienced finance professional to the South Asia business unit for them.

Job Description - As a South Asia Business Finance Head you will be handling a team of 15+ finance professionals and be reporting into the Head of APAC for the Business Unit. You will be responsible for :

- Driving operational efficiencies, identify saving initiatives and leverage economies of scale

- Monitoring and improving costing activities and data accuracy for Production processing and field production activities across South Asia

- Providing financial analysis in support of growth investments and their submission to the capital approval committee

- Participating in key business unit planning processes at country and territory levels (Budget, Latest Outlook/Estimates, Seeds Production Plans)

- Driving the territory financial compliance agenda for the unit in collaboration with the Regional Finance teams, including the participation to the Compliance and Risk Management Committees.

- Ensuring that finance activities are compliant with internal/external financial policies and regulations

- Engaging and driving the territory finance agenda closely with commercial and finance services organizations

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a Tier 1 University with 10 - 12 years post qualification experience. You will come with strong experience in Financial and Business management backed with manufacturing industry exposure.
