We are a startup building an online B2B marketplace targeted at wholesale buyers. Our vision is to organise the B2B ecosystem in India using technology, data science and design. - We are building products, platforms and services for the next billion people of India, who have fundamentally different needs - access, language, selection, supply chain, financial, cultural, and the like.&nbsp; - Our market potential is huge - in the order of hundreds of billions of dollars. We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from Stanford, IIT, Minnesota etc. having several years of industry experience in companies like big e-commerce firms. - We are a passionate team driven by our sense of purpose to solve a critical real world problem. Each team member will have significant ownership of key components that go into the next generation e-commerce, supply chain and demand generation platforms and services that we are building. Role : Sourcing Operations Lead - We are looking for people to form our initial core team to own supplier relationships end to end. This will include identifying potential suppliers and clusters, designing and implementing end to end processes from onboarding to supplier management to managing incentives. This person will design and run experiments on the ground for improving business intelligence and operational efficiency.&nbsp; - The person will be the voice of the suppliers within the organization and ultimately own the success of a particular category.&nbsp; - This is an opportunity to fundamentally change the B2B ecosystem in India, and impact billions of people through innovation in supply chain and business models. - As an early stage startup growing at fast pace, we are looking for leaders who have the hunger to work with some of the smartest people, and leave a legacy. Willingness to travel within and across cities and spend majority of the time in the field. - Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong grasp over English and Hindi languages. - Demonstrates high level of integrity, and strong work ethic. - Must be willing to learn &amp; adapt quickly. Ability to connect with people across teams &amp; levels. - Exposure to any consumer goods industry and e-commerce would be an added advantage. - Agility and detail-orientation required to fulfil order reliably and set up the B2B sourcing process for a category at the company - Strong bias towards being hands-on in building operational processes &amp; standards from scratch
