About Our Client

A leading MNC and one of the largest players in the Cardiovascular medical devices space with over $8bn revenues globally and presence in over 30 countries. The organization is renowned for being an innovator in the medical industry and has created a huge brand presence across the globe through its commitment of improving peoples lives globally. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Sourcing Manager Indirect Spends, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for -

- Sourcing towards the indirect spends such as travel, consulting, facilities, R&D, HR, Sales and Marketing, etc.

- Vendor development, contract negotiations along with regular check on the performance level and the quality of work from the suppliers

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations

The Successful Applicant

You will be a post graduate with around 12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement handling indirect spends. Prior experience of handling various geographies is an added plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands on approach towards his/her work.
