Designation : Area Business Head - Sourcing Manager - EAP Channel (Elite Agency Partner)

Job Role:

- Managing a team of EAP Sourcing managers responsible for coordinating with the MDRT clients over call ( MDRT clients Lead provided by the company)

- MDRT's (million-dollar round table) are basically standalone association of the world's top-selling insurance agents who had made Rs. 10 Lakhs worth of life insurance sales

- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

EAP Sourcing manager: has the responsibility of sourcing EAPs from the open market

- Outbound call on the data and convert the lead for meeting with RBH / ABH

- Take an appointment and make video presentation

- Appointment for personal meeting (RBH/ABH)

- EAP onboarding assistance

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

QUALITATIVE -: Achieving team sourcing targets ( No of call done per day/appointments scheduled)

QUANTITATIVE -: Achievement of teams Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual sourcing Target
