Sourcing Leader - IT

Our client is one of the leading provider of IT Software services, looking to hire Strategic sourcing leader to be based in Bangalore.

Role will be responsible for getting the right talent at the right cost and help the organisation reach its revenue goals. The role that the incumbent will play is to use his/her techno-business domain knowledge to serve as an advisory to top leadership across verticals and service lines on how they should shape their talent fulfillment model as well as expand our contracting partner network to support this model.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop contract talent demand prediction by actively working with all BU Sales & Delivery leadership and to build the external talent partner network to support just-in-time talent demand.

- Develop and implement supplier identification and selection strategy domestically and internationally

- Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop - win-win- strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers

- Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders

- Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers based on market intelligence

- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities

- Participate in establishing short-term and long range planning and budget development of the company to support strategic business goals

- Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives

Desired Profile:

- 12 - 17 years of experience in the contract hiring space.
