Hiring for Sourcing Lead for Bangalore Location
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to enhance the overall capabilities and performance of our Global Talent Sourcing team.
- Proactively source high-quality professionals for critical business roles in a 'player/coach' capacity.
- Take ownership of workload management and service delivery for the Global Talent Sourcing team.
- Foster continuous learning and development within the team through coaching, training, and mentorship.
- Identify and implement best practices in sourcing techniques and processes to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner in driving talent acquisition initiatives and maximizing return on investment.
- Assist the team in understanding talent markets, complex candidate profiles, and relationships with talent pools and communities to identify, secure, and/or develop candidates for immediate and near-future needs and pipelines.
- Review data and market research to recommend and implement a hiring plan that addresses both business demand and talent availability.
- Build solid working relationships with Talent Attraction Partners and internal customers.
- Leverage and optimize existing tools and solutions such as Talent Neuron, Avature, SuccessFactors, and other sourcing channels and technologies to create a pipeline of talent.
- Work with the early careers team to optimize outreach, execution, and program management for all early careers activities.
Essential Capabilities:
- Must have team handling experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the employment market.
- Domain expertise in research/sourcing.
- Exposure to Global Talent Mapping.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals like Avature, Eightfold, ATS system (preferably SuccessFactors), LinkedIn, and social media.
- Exposure to handling TA Projects globally.
- Experience with ATS systems like SuccessFactors.
Essential Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- 3-4 years of experience in team handling.
- Ability to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience working in HR teams with knowledge of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle.
