Our client is a well-known B2B commerce platform and they are looking to hire a Sourcing Lead to join their office in Delhi.

Job Description:

Core - In-depth knowledge of Footwear production and insight into raw material procurement.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Drive and own the success and growth of the factories in the category.

- Responsible for target setting, planning and execution for Factory onboarding.

- Product sourcing, pricing with relevancy of attributes, Quality and Demand fulfilment.

- Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category to support manufacturers to plan production in advance.

- Core KPI shall be maintaining the Sampling flow of Factories.

- Will lead target setting, planning, execution and allocation of resources in sourcing of the category.

- Responsible for opening up sourcing from different clusters and sub-categories.

- Responsible for scaling up the team and setting up processes to scale up the division as whole.
