Experience : 5-10 years
Seasoned Real estate experience (Commercial & industrial). The candidate is expected to have worked on commercial real estate deals in his/her previous roles.
The role is Head of acquisition in the West market and directly reporting to the Founder.
Location : Mumbai; 5 Days Working
Qualification & Experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Real Estate / Private Equity and Investment
- Good track record of deal closures
- Negotiation Skills
- Very good understanding of Mumbai Real Estate market
- Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of deal structuring and legal documentation
- Good judgment and sense of priorities
- Flexibility, adaptability and initiative; are forward-thinking and a motivated self-starter
- Professionalism and high degree of integrity
Main responsibilities:
- Create a pipeline of pre-leased deals for evaluation as strata portfolio assets.
- Network with RE brokers, builders & developers, RE funds, Family offices, RE investors in Mumbai & Pune is required
- Lead the entire process from sourcing of deals, conducting technical and financial deal analysis, conducting rigorous due diligence, negotiation and concluding the transactions independently for the Mumbai region.
- Continuously scout the micro- market and get channel partners on board for doing business with Strata
- Maintain and own database of Commercial properties and channel partners in the operating micro market
- To liaise with the land owners & legal & liaison departments to ensure all issues coming in the way of TDD closure are resolved to meet the TDD closure timelines.
