Key Objectives:

To expand Oracle Services customer base & penetrate across industry vertical in Middle East Region resulting in revenue generation as per business strategies & long term goals

Position Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute revenue driven sales strategies and business plans to ensure expansion of Oracle Services customer base in Middle East region.

- Develop a partnership approach to identified accounts by understanding their markets, business, plans, issues, drivers, competitors, internal structure, key contacts, influencers, decision makers etc.

- Identify and qualify opportunities for incremental revenue within existing accounts.

- Monitor the market, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and recommending appropriate counter measures which will enable Technologies to retain market leadership.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong industry and customer relationships with key decision makers CIOS, CXOs across the region.

- Monitors and takes necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generations for sustainable growth.

- Utilizes a disciplined approach for successful Oracle Services solution selling (value Centric Sales Approach), establishing and maintaining accurate, timely and documented sales revenue forecasting procedures, providing required updates to Tech's executive management.

- Ensures there is a proper business case with clear and attractive ROI impact, on each proposal Tech presents.

- Inspires and influences internal stakeholders, experts and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and aiming goals achievement.

- Facilitates alignment and effective communication within sales team and internal/ external key partners/ customers and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction.

- Stays current and informed on all new campaigns, understanding their objectives and relevance, communicating to Sales team and ensuring all involved know the roles the play in making campaigns successful.

Essential skills and experience:

The role requires excellent Oracle Services Sales track record across Middle East Region& closing large size deals within the technology industry space

- 12-20 years sales experience in Business software and IT solutions(preferably Oracle Services sales) across industry verticals in Middle East Region

- Proven track record in Oracle services solutions sales.

- Demonstrated success with complex, long- cycle sales campaigns in a fast- paced, consultative and competitive market.

- Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.

- Familiar with strategic outsourcing models

- Proven abilities on managing highly complex organizations and applying risk- mitigation strategies to customer

- Ability to excel in an environment of high autonomy to produce business results.

- Strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, decision-making ability, and a high motivation towards setting and delivering "excellence".

- Understanding and framing client business and technical imperatives and inspiring confidence with a variety of internal and external constituents.

- Possesses the ability to develop and clearly articulate objectives using both analytical thinking, reference to facts and best practices.

- Displays a high of level of passion, energy, excitement and intensity.

Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills)

- Bachelor/Master degree in marketing or Engineering with 12-20 years of experience in Sales & Business development ideally in IT business.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate sales objectives and initiatives

- Bilingual preferred (Arabic & English).
