Source.one - Regional Lead - P&L Ownership

As a Regional Lead, You will be a P&L Owner for all Businesses from the assigned Region ( A state or a Couple of States). A couple of Demand Managers report in to you.

Along with regional growth, team's growth and individuals growth will be your Responsibility. We are disrupting a very Traditional + Huge market, with innovative Processes + Technology, and the Journey is long, challenging and full of excitement. You cant and wont walk alone.

Your work will comprise of 3 aspects: Own, Nurture and Grow:

Own:

- Complete P&L for the assigned Region

- Key Supplier + Buyer relationships

- Issues and Challenges in Scaling up the Business

- Team Development

- Share of profits as a Variable Component

- Successes & Failures that come along

Nurture

- Top Buyer + Supplier Relationships

- Team members & Stakeholders

- Efficiency in processes, Technology and communication

Grow

- Profitability for the region

- Liquidity & Outreach for the Region

- Relationships

What you ideally Possess:

- Experience in working with MSMEs or Manufacturing or Both

- Able to switch context and understand. Commodities are a difficult and long game

- Unlearn. Relearn. Repeat
