About Us:
Create:
- Plan and design the project, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
- Define the project's governance arrangements.
- Facilitate the appointment of Project Coordinators/Interns/Individuals to project and subproject teams.
- Drive revenue for two Pre-revenue Products: a) EasyBid and b) Price Updates.
- Demonstrate prior experience in Subscription Sales.
- Showcase prior experience in Software Sales.
- Have owned and delivered revenue on a product before.
Nurture:
- Manage communications with all stakeholders.
- Initiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the project are identified or issues arise.
- On large and complex projects, it may be appropriate to appoint other individuals to support the project.
Manage:
- The project's budget monitors expenditures and costs against delivered benefits and realizes benefits as the project progresses.
- Delivery of new products or services from projects meets the appropriate level of quality, is on time, and is within budget, according to the project plan and governance arrangements.
- Third-party contributions to the project when required.
- The progress of the program at regular intervals to the Central Office, Lead, or project head.
- Dependencies and interfaces between projects, manage risks to the project's successful outcome.
