JOB OVERVIEW :

This job entails a collection of processes involved in the production, storage, inventory, delivery, and distribution of specific goods or services and optimizing various operational aspects to ensure efficient business processes of organizational objectives and success

Create

- Strategic plan for the logistics and transportation network, considering factors such as sourcing locations, distribution centers, and transportation routes.

- Partnerships with reliable suppliers, carriers, and logistics service providers.

- Compliance with transportation regulations and standards.

Nurture

- Training and Development programs for logistics and transportation teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to foster collaboration and open communication.

- The transport operation's data analysis to key stakeholders.

Manage

- Optimization of the operations logistics and transportation processes.

- Key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics and transportation operations.

- Effectiveness of risk management plan and resources for transport execution.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEWITH WITH:

- 5-8 years of experience in analyzing data to assess performance, discover logistical problems and devise plans for improvements.

- Experience in strategically aligning transportation operational processes within the framework of warehousing or freight forwarding operations.

- Experience in overseeing the execution, guidance, and coordination of all transportation affairs within the organization.

- Experience in overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

- Experience in optimizing logistics and transportation processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
