About the job:

- Manage overall People's function, with a team of Recruiters and associates.

- Custodian for overall People experience, from Engage to exit

- Drive strategic goals of the company, wrt L&D, Recruitment, Culture, etc.

- Able to take ownership, much beyond a JD

Preferred:

- Worked in a challenging environment

- Immediate joining but not more than a month

- Have managed everything in HR, or willing to learn

- Based in Pune (Relocation not preferred)
