JD :

1. Manage Finance Team, to undertake day-to-day Accounting and Compliances

2. Drive Fund Raising Activities (Debt & Equity)

3. Drive Special Projects undertaken (IND-AS, IFC, etc.)

4. Oversee Financial Discipline and Management

5. Stakeholder Management wrt Key Relationships, viz Auditors, Banks, Insurance, Consultants, etc.

6. Close Institutional Tie-ups and take them to Scale

Requirements:

1. Post Graduate(Finance) with 4-6 years of Post-Qualification Experience in Corporate Finance

2. Strong Interest towards Tech Businesses
