Job Description: Sales Director

Knowledge and Experience Requirements - 

- Successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years proven track record in B2B selling to C level executives with strong interpersonal and communications skills and have the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.

- The successful candidate will manage activities involved in the sale of product engineering and digital transformation-based products, services and solutions within an established territory.

- The candidate will manage both inbound and outbound sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth in support of Sourcebits' annual revenue goals, strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities- 

- Drive revenue through sales to new and existing clients. Build business in both new and existing client bases through proactive client contacts in order to meet/exceed annual quota targets

- Leverage research skills, intra-company contacts, market data to qualify prospects, develop a calibrated target list of new & potential clients

- Build account penetration strategies for designated target accounts and by cross selling to new and existing clients

- Work with marketing teams to establish lead generation and qualification procedures that offers guidance to cold calling, prospecting and following up bubbling leads

- Develop a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in the defined territory

- Identify different buyer motivations across services offered by Sourcebits in order to expand on potential revenue drivers

- Adjust sales approach and strategy accordingly to define new revenue drivers and to solidify role as a client advocate/account manager

- Incorporate client perspectives, market drivers, product/service relevancy to deliver a persuasive client proposition

- Properly report activity by maintaining details of the sales pipeline within the territory using the designated CRM

- Stay on top of all the market developments within the territory/domain and take ownership of market intelligence and maintain awareness of all competitor activity

Essential Skills - 

- Enterprise software sales experience within product engineering and digital transformation domain and focused on sell-side sector

- Proven track record of closing business and achieving assigned sales quota within product engineering and digital transformation services domain

- Prior business-to-business sales and client relationship management experience

- Capacity to develop and deliver meeting presentations, pitch decks, proposals and ability to create, compose and edit written materials

- Highly focused on quality and attention to detail when presenting and writing proposals

Additional Qualifications - 

- A minimum of 8 years of B2B, client-facing sales experience of which at least the recent 5 years focused on solution selling in product engineering and digital transformation sectors

- Strong grasp of evolving technologies and trends on augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, chatbots, robotics, automation and data analytics

- Solid understanding and experience in 2-3 verticals (Healthcare, Hitech, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Education etc.)
