Soulfull - Trade Marketing Manager (3-5 yrs)

The role is responsible for managing trade spends and handles go to market strategies with an objective to drive sales as well as plan for new launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Management

1. Plan monthly activities and set targets by channel and by outlets

2. Establish, manage and periodically review customer engagement programs and Key Account Programs (KAPs) to ensure effective target setting and good relationship management with these critical relationships to ensure a steady growth in business

Go to Market Strategies

1. Handle Go to market strategy for Soulfull and launch of new categories

2. Monitor brand level activities to ensure it meets visibility targets and plans locations and distributor numbers in order to convert marketing targets into sales numbers

3. Plans tasks for frontline in order to meet targets

4. Designs the volume plans for the current month and forecast for the months ahead, along with the brand teams

5. Identify Market / Category Opportunities and Growth Drivers for C&R

6. Bring in Shopper Insights on Planning & Developing In-Shop Visibility to Induce Trial & Increase Consumption of Soulfull

7. Build Trade & Team Energizers to Propel Sales & Growth

8. Communicate and Hand Hold Effective GTM Execution in Market along with the Sales Team

9. Manage GTM Cost Lines and Ensure Optimum Utilization with a Clear Sight of Return-on-Investment

10. Pro-Actively Track Brand Performances in Market and Ensure Results as Desired

11. Develop Strategic Operating Practices to drive GTM Execution Rigor & Discipline through Bizom and other systems

12. Liaison with Supply Chain to Sales Forecasting Month-on-Month
