Experience : - Handling key accounts/ national chains/ecommerce channels with sales and trade marketing experience Purpose of the Role : - To head and build the business for Modern Trade & Ecommerce. Key Responsibilities : - Relationship with the Account and Joint business planning - Drive Sales plan to achieve month and quarter priorities of the channel/region - A business review with the accounts and also develop business plans for the year, including revenue planning, promo calendar planning, focusing on value growth areas for the Soulfull Business. - Developing & negotiating TOTs which drive profitability and presence for the range of products to be executed - National chains across regions to be tapped and TOT's to be signed and executed - Liaison with southern regional offices of National chains. Ensure regional alignment with- - Managing Listing, Visibility, Trade Activations and Driving New Product Launches at account level - Handling Third party team comprising of Promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and offtakes of products. - Work with KAE and ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting. - Work along with the retailers to understand shopper behavior and tap into areas for increasing business - Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers thru team or self. Servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for Stocks. - Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis. - Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team. Skills/Qualifications : Candidates with Modern Trade FMCG exposure at a managerial level Education Qualification : Any Graduate/ MBA Experience : 5+ years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade sales. Ecommerce experience will be added advantage. - Good communication skills
