Department: SALES Reporting Manager: Head MT/Sales Head Key Contacts : Internal: Regional: Modern Trade Regional Team, Marketing (Brand &amp; Digital), Finance (Commercial) External: Distributors, Account Managers Purpose of the Job : - The E-Com KAM is primarily responsible to deliver expertise in the channel through aligning company growth agenda (Primary and Secondary) by driving RTM Initiatives, Customer marketing agenda, merchandising to make business profitable. - In addition to the above the role is also responsible for Developing, Planning, Cascade, local nuisances from the Organisation strategy and Analyse &amp; Review key identified drivers that guarantee Vertical &amp; Horizontal growths. The position will manage the Communications, Allocation, Tracking &amp; Controlling budgets spends. - Will also be responsible for operations in warehouse and coordinate with Regional &amp; National operations team internally and building relationship/engagement with the External E-Com Category team from time to time. Ensure channel profitability, Key responsibility will be to get introduction of new SKU's as planned at profitable price, listing in various platforms of E-Com and establish systems and processes on payments, BTL etc. Sound good knowledge- of Operations &amp; sales, Vendor management handle- seller panel, generate- high revenue, product listing process on marketplace/- e-- Commerce- portal. 3. Being a single point of contact with the customer, effective Engagement (Share of Mind) at appropriate levels and maintaining routines on documentation. Developing best in class relations with the Customer/Account Team both at the HQ and the regional teams. Education and Qualifications 1. Relevant university education. Experience 1. Min 3-5 years professional experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of FMCG industry and dynamics. Experience with India's Top E-com Accounts is necessary. Experience in Food Industry is preferable. Knowledge and Skills 1. Proficient analytical and conceptual skills to build sales stories from internal and external data. 2. Strong project management, execution and team handling capabilities. 3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 4. Ability to build effective working networks and relationships internally and externally. 5. Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
