Salary offered: 12 - 13 LPA This position will overlook the sales contribution through the General Trade channel Key Responsibilities: - Delivering Sales Targets assigned to Zone /Area - Capability in Strategic Planning and GTM tactics - Driving New Product Launches, Business Development, Sales Promotions and visibility campaigns - Appointment and Handling Distribution Network & Product Placement - Building the required Sales team - Leading Sales and Distribution, Merchandising & Outlet Expansion - Ensure Sales Force Training and implementation of Bizom - People Management - Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners - Managing Team - Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance. - Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level - Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues - Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting - Must be willing to travel in Rest of Karnataka territories Skills/Qualifications:- - Candidates with GT FMCG exposure at a managerial level - Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA - Experience: 8 + years of experience in FMCG. Food Industry experience a must - Good communication skills
