About the Role: We are currently hiring a Sourcing & Procurement Manager with a successful track record to oversee and manage company's overall Procure to Pay process. Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning and managing procurement, Raw Material inventory management, Stores, inward logistics and imports. - Responsible for demand planning across channels (D2C, B2B, and Retail) and across different geographical regions and reviewing the demand plans with account managers on a bi-weekly basis - Responsible for the smooth flow of raw material, vendor relationship, budget control, and replenishment strategy & execution - Responsible for budgeting and spending strategy, to achieve cost leadership and cost efficiency - Oversee vendor development, relationship management, negotiations, contracts. - Responsible for developing analytics, reporting systems, data management capabilities and metrics for the Procure to Pay function - Responsible for productivity management and optimization across teams and resources in inward Supply Chain - Maximize the process efficiency and productivity and drive process optimization - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, consumer feedback departments Your Impact : - You will help in building a brand that stands for efficacy and transparency and changes how the products are currently sold in India & Globally. - You will oversee, lead, direct and manage all the procurement and sourcing activities to ensure that growth and profitability goal objectives are met. - You will be part of the automation team and owner of blockchain implementation from sowing seeds to finish product traceability Talents You Bring To The Team: - You embody our Farm2Face, high efficiency, natural organic values. - Your ability to manage a team to achieve challenging targets and standards. - You possess keen creative & analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions. - You will improve the operational efficiency in various teams of manufacturing and operations. - You will incorporate eco-efficiency and eco-effectiveness principles in manufacturing and sourcing processes. - You have excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to deliver complex information clearly to your colleagues. Knowledge and Experience: - MBA/B.Tech (preferably from top Engineering or Tier 1 B-School - IIM/IIT) or Chartered Accountant - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records. - Experience in Manufacturing company. - Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint. Competencies - Proven experience as Sourcing & Procurement Manager - Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities - Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills - Aptitude in decision making and problem solving - Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind - Outstanding communication skills Skills & Requirements: - You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building handling Procurement operations in a FMCG or a high growth manufacturing company. - You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, to drive operational efficiency of manufacturing and supply chain processes - You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills. - You are well planned, meticulous and organized - You have excellent relationship management skills - You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
