- Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions - Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts - Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports - Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation - Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and coordinating activities of external auditors - Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities - Developing and monitoring business performance metrics - Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies - Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations - Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results - Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements - Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process - Managing the budget process - Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes - Evaluating accounting and internal control systems - Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed - Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance - Hiring, training, and retaining skilled accounting staff CA is mandatory with around 12+ years of post qualification experience in a corporate preferably MNC & with Big 4 background
