Role Overview: This role will span across line functions at TCIL and SOTC. This role is responsible to achieve operational targets for the Support Business Unit, by defining and implementing communication strategies to offer optimal visibility and reiterate our leadership position. Purpose of the role: - To closely work with stakeholders to ensure viable internal and external communication - To create and deliver effective communications for the company Responsibilities: - Work with the Communications Head and stakeholders/partners to support their initiatives and increase the brand visibility for SOTC and TCIL - Create and deliver optimal communications strategies for SOTC and TCIL - Build strong media relations across traditional and emerging media - Leverage platforms including speaker opportunities; awards, etc. - Ideas/strategies towards maximizing visibility aligned with the Business and Support functions; inspire and drive demand - Effective management of crisis communication and building positive sentiment for the brands - Work in tandem with Marketing and Trade Relations to ensure sync in messaging and timeliness of dissemination - Ensure delivery of Communications targets set
